Conference & Banquet Rooms

The Bayshore banquet and meeting rooms can accommodate events of any size. See each page for specific information.

• Bay Room - dinner, dancing or theatre style set up available for up to 320 people.
• Sound Room -  dinner, dancing or theatre style for up to 240 people.
• Rutherford Hall - Join the Sound and Bay Room together for an event hosting close to 700 people.
• Shore Room - Our smaller room can host up to 175 people.

Gazebo

Extras

Extras available throughout the complex include audiovisual and sound equipment, set-up and tear down, electrical hook-ups for trade shows and professional assistance with arrangements such as catering and bartending.
